Product details

Properties: White monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 2.32, stable with air, and starts to lose water to form calcium hydrogen phosphate at 75℃.

Uses: Can be used as buffering agent, dispersing agent, surface improver, dietary supplement, yeast food, emulsifier, curing agent, antioxidant synergist, stabilizer. Chemical books such as canned cherry fillings, milk powder, cream powder, cold drinks, ice cream, potato products, snack foods, flour, cakes, pastries, baking quality improvers.

Storage and transportation: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse, to be loaded and transported lightly, to prevent packaging damage, moisture and heat.

Packing: Lined with polyethylene plastic bag and coated with composite plastic woven bag, net weight of each bag is 25 kg.
